A fantastic day at the Saints rugby ground and facilities in memory of David Rose.
With the local cluster schools, Simon de Senlis took part in a day of training, stadium tour and a tag-rugby competition in the afternoon. Thank you to the Saints staff for providing us with a fantastic day!
Out of 7 schools, Simon de Senlis managed to finish a successful 2nd place. In the lead up to this we were unbeaten! Winning 3 and drawing 3 games.
As it is only the beginning of the season, the school is excited about future games as the team looks great! Many skills were on show this afternoon aside from the generic passing and throwing: sportsmanship, spacial awareness and tactical play being at a high standard.
Thank you for a great day to the sportsmen and women who attended! Below are some pictures I took throughout the day…
